Fine Day in Dubrovnik

Dubrovnik is a lovely town on the Adriatic Sea, in Croatia. It has a picturesque old town and some amazing beaches with crystal clear waters. We had one full day to discover the place and this is what we did.
Hrvatski, Croatia
We went straight to Dubrovnik's old town, which is enclosed by medieval walls. It's the town's most iconic area, so being there in the morning was a good thing while it was not filled with tourists yet.
Pile Gate, Dubrovnik, Croatia
We started our walk at Pile Gate (or the West Gate) and strolled around the cobblestone, picturesque streets.
Stradun, Croatia
Stradun is the main street of the old town, a long street with plenty of bars, cafes, shops and restaurants.
Dubrovnik, Croatia
A walk along the city walls is a perfect way to admire the coastal view of Dubrovnik and explore its iconic fortresse.
Srđ, Croatia
We took the cable care that got us up on Srđ hill. The aerial view of the city and the Adriatic sea from there is simply stunning.
Fat Cats Dubrovnik, Croatia
When we came down in the old town again, we were starving so we stopped to eat. We found this place with excelent service fantastic streets food dishes, Fat Cats.
Lapad, Croatia
In the afternoon, we took a taxi to Lapad, which a nice area where you find rather locals than tourists. We enjoyed a relaxing afternoon at the beach.
