Amazing Cappadocia

Arrived in Goreme. It was a long time dream to go to Cappadocia. Finally had the oportunity to see the wonderful Cappadocian landscapes.

Started the first full day with must try hot air balloon ride, the highlight of the trip I would say.

After the baloon ride and after breakfast we went hiking in Pigeon Valley, we were mesmerized by those cone-shaped rock formations.

Up to Uçhisar Castle. Visited the castle and admired the view from up there. Watched a stunning sunset at a panorama point somewhere near. There are several in the area.

Back to Goreme, had a traditional dinner at one of the restaurants.

We went to Ihlara Valley, it's a long beautiful canyon with wonderful landscapes and caves.

Visited Kaymakli Underground City

We continued the exploration of the area winth hikes in Red and Rose Valleys

Soğanlı Canyon - valley with carved churches and beautiful views of the valley.
