Zagreb, Croatia
Zagreb, Croatia's capital, is a beautiful city known for its Austro-Hungarian architecture. It's pretty easy to visit it and even one day could be enough to explore its main attractions.
Ban Josip Jelačić Square, Croatia
We started our day in Zagreb with Trg bana Josipa Jelacica, the main square of the city.
Zagreb 360° observation deck, Croatia
While in the square, we climbed up the Observation Deck "Zagreb Eye" and enjoyed a great panoramic view. Up there, there's also a bar where you can enjoy a coffee with a view.
Ilica, Croatia
Ilica is the main shopping street in Zagrem. It's a long streets filled with shops, restaurants and bars. We had a walk on a short distance of it.
Britanac, Croatia
In Britanac Square, on Ilica Street, it's a nice Antiques and Flea Market, open on weekends, where you can buy some antique souvenirs, if you like the old stuff.
Muzej iluzija, Croatia
Museum of Illusions is nice place to visit. It has several rooms where space seems different than it is. We enjoyed our visit there.
Upper Town, Croatia
You can either walk or take the funicular to the Upper Town. It's the oldest part of the city with narrow streets nice buildings.
Museum of Broken Relationships, Croatia
Another cool place in the city is the Museum of Broken Relationships. It unfolds the memory and stories behind failed relationships. It's funny and a bit dramatic.
Ulica Ivana Tkalčića, Croatia
We visited Tkalciceva street, a nice streets with many restaurants and pubs where you can sit. We tried a traditional dish called štrukli and we really liked it.
Zrinjevac, Croatia
We ended our day in Zagreb with a relaxing walk in Zrinjevac Park, in the city center.
